These rates are the amounts billed to your insurance company if you choose to utilize your health insurance benefits. Your responsibility is often a small portion of this amount and you will be billed for the amount your health insurance has instructed me to collect.
Please note there is a different fee schedule for any agreed upon court appearances, legal case involvement, or completion of outside documentation.
For clients who are using out-of-network benefits or who choose to self-pay, you will be receiving a Good Faith Estimate prior to starting services.
